Jiminy was used to dodging out of the way of people who would swat him out of the way, so he easily dodged out of the way of her attempts to dismiss him.
He ducked under her hand, heading back up higher above her. "Please don't do that," he asked politely. He wasn't hopeful he would get a response, but he had to try.
